RAWALPINDI:
Gunjmandi police arrested four men in separate actions and seized hashish and liquor from their possession on Friday.
According to the police, they apprehended Munsib, Waqas, Ameen and Naeem during routine patrolling in different areas of Gunjmandi and seized 107 grams hashish from Munsib, five bottles of liquor from Waqas, six bottles from Ameen and four bottles from Naeem.
The police registered separate cases against the suspects and took them into custody.
In another incident, a man was booked for beating another man. Munib, the victim, lodged a report with the same police that Shahzad and his accomplices broke into his house and beat him with sticks and iron bars and fled. They also harassed him while firing in the air, he alleged.
