Pakistan has devised a new plan of action in collaboration with the Afghan government and the United Nations for the repatriation or granting permission to Afghan refugees for extension in their stay in the country.
States and Frontier Regions Ministry’s Joint Secretary Imran Zeb told Voice of America that scrutiny had already begun for the verification of select Afghan refugee families so that they could be granted concessions permissible under the new plan.
