Bisp: Complaints against form distribution

GILGIT: As complaints grow against unfair distribution of BISP forms in Skardu, an audit team from Islamabad investigates if the complaints are genuine, sources said on Thursday.

“The team will see whether these are mere allegations” said the source. He added the team will meet the department officials before submitting their final report on the issue.

In the preceding months, the residents of Gultri, Sundos, Barhamo colony and Kachura had complained the deserving people of the scheme had been deliberately overlooked, while those having kinship with the party/leaders had been awarded.

“If the concerns proved genuine, the team may ask for reassessment of these areas,” he said.
