Forget local TV serials and Turkish soaps - because Denmark's royal family is here to make waves!
Last week, for example, while in Australia for a yachting regatta, Denmark's Crown Prince Frederik was refused entertainment at an Asian fusion restaurant for not carrying an ID.
The video capturing the embarrassing-royal moment made rounds, stirring quite the fervour in the royal house-hold, reported reported Wmagazine.
Amidst all these peculiar happenings plaguing the royal house-hold, there is a slight ray of hope. Prince Nikolai, a hardcore "deep house music" fanatic who celebrated his 18th birthday this week appears to be the only eligible candidate for the royal honorific.

Not only does this young man boast a fine taste in music, he has also learnt the art of dealing with his rather bizarre family. Nikolai still ritualistically posed for an endless series of photos with his family before his birthday celebrations commenced.

What's ironic though is the fact that the most eligible in line, Nikolai is not entitled to the privileges of his royal roots. Earlier this year, news of the potential successor being divorced from the royal family financially created quite a frenzy. He'll reportedly never inherit any fortune nor a title from Margrethe and Henrik. His parents will support him through his education though.
