The exercise was meant to train the troops in the latest tactics.
They tried a mechanised formation and underwent manoeuvre exercises with live firing as part of the biennial firing practice.
Corps Commander Lieutenant General Muhammad Zahirul Islam visited the training field and encouraged the troops.
He said that the initiative taken by tactical commanders, the use of field craft and minor tactics, integration of modern techniques, an innovative approach and hard work are key to the success of every military operation.
