MULTAN: Agriculture experts suggested cotton growers to ensure pest scouting of the crop twice in a week.

According to an agriculture spokesperson, growers should apply pesticide spray after consultation with local agriculture experts.

Growers should remain vigilant about the use of spray and pesticides as it could damage quality of cotton. Growers should avoid using canal water during pesticide spray, he added.
