QUETTA: Balochistan government has formed a committee to improve the security of the Civil Secretariat by constructing outer boundary walls, and by ensuring an improved security system.

According to official sources, a committee comprising home secretary, finance secretary, secretary communication and works, and Quetta’s capital city police officer, will make a proposal for a comprehensive security system for Civil Secretariat.

“It is under consideration and a committee has also been formed in this regard.

The provincial government had made a master plan not only for the installation of a security system, but also for maintenance and repair works on the Civil Secretariat, and the Balochistan houses in Islamabad and Karachi,” an official said.
