What is the best part about being on the radio?

The best part about being on radio is the freedom. You can do whatever you want, you can experiment with how creative you can get to stand out and nobody would bat an eye unlike TV.

Have you ever dealt with a creepy text message during the show?

Yes I have, there would be mean comments and messages but I’ve done Improv Theater so I know how to deal with things like these. I don’t let it get to me though you learn to rise above the hate eventually.

Do you ever fear running out of things to say on air?

Yes! That is one of my biggest fears.

Being a radio jockey, how fulfilling is it as a profession?

It’s fulfilling when people talk or appreciate your work. That’s the fulfilling part of any medium actually.

Which famous person would make the worst caller on a radio show?

Any famous person who talks slow, Christopher Walken perhaps would be a really bad caller.

If you could meet anyone in the world dead or alive who would it be and what would you say to them?

I would meet an inventor, probably Steve Jobs or Mark Zuckerberg or anyone who has invented something that I could learn from.

What would be harder for you, to tell someone you love them or that you don’t love them back?

It would be harder to tell someone that I don’t love them back. It’s hard for me to say no. Conflict is a big turn off for me.

Something or someone you miss the most from childhood?

I miss going to school in Canada. I made some really good friends there who I am probably never going to see again.

Name three things in nature you find most beautiful?

I could list 10 things because I love nature but fresh air, birds and the sounds of the waves crashing. It’s pretty amazing.

Tell me about the worst punishment you had when you were a child

Worst punishment was the silent treatment because mum would scare me by throwing hangers at me but she would never hit me so the suspense of that silence was nerve racking.

When was the last time you lied and to whom and why?

I don’t remember. I only lie when I really have to and when there is no way around the situation.

Tell me about something you really regret?

I regret not working hard enough and not doing enough for the world that I live in.

Which is your favourite part of the human face and why?

The eyes! Because they reveal the most about a person.

If you could do anything or wish for anything that would come true, what would you wish for?

I wish I could teleport so I could wake up in a different country every morning. I love travelling.

If you could trade places with any other person for a week, famous or not famous, living or dead, real or fictional, with whom would it be?

I would love to trade places with president Mamnoon so I could pass silly laws like bald people can only step outside in the evening!

If you were a superhero, what would you want your superpowers to be?

I would fly!

What was the weirdest prank call that you have made?

I once made a prank call to Talat Hussain and said that he had to do a voice over for a condom ad.

If you could have anyone locked in a room so that you could torment them for a day, who would you choose and how would you torment them?

I would lock Trump in a room and tickle him until he gives in and resigns.

What is the strangest thing you have eaten?

Oysters! Hate them! Very disgusting.

If you had to be trapped in a TV show for a month, which one would you choose?

I would want to be stuck in Amir Liaqat’s show and end up winning three planes at the cost of some self-respect. Pretty good game.
