Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

As an Aries, you don’t mind dealing with changes, it’s just that having to rethink plans slows your pace, so can be irritating. Bizarrely, however, what you discover that needs to be rethought or even substantially altered could more than justify the time and effort dealing with them will require of you.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

If you’ve managed to deflect suggestions you should rethink elements of your domestic setup or lifestyle, you’re probably relieved. But it’s not over. Judging by the influence of Monday’s eclipsed New Moon, there’s more to come. These events will take the form of unexpected but tempting ideas or offers. They could change everything

Gemini | May 20 – June 20

Events are accenting the rarely seen critical side of your nature. While other signs can be fierce in their assessment, you’ll say little but sometimes write off the potential of the individual in question, at least in regard to certain matters. You’re being prompted to think about this. Do so, and in depth.

Cancer | June 21 – July 21

Decluttering your cupboards, your diary or your life is supposed to lift your spirits. Yet the way in which events are reorganising and, in fact, eliminating elements of your diary is more worrying than anything else. Give it some time. Within weeks, if not days, you’ll be glad certain arrangements are history.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

As much as you’d like to get things organised now, mostly so you can proceed with plans and, even more, make up for lost time, it’s just not realistic. In fact, between the coming solar eclipse and the Sun changing signs, both within a few days’ time, even simple arrangements won’t last long.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

While every sign will be influenced by your ruler Mercury’s retrograde cycle, which began on the 13th, because it’s actually in Virgo, you could feel responsible for problems that have nothing to do with you. During periods as unsettled as this, even the simplest of arrangements are unlikely to go as planned.

Libra | September 22 – October 22

Nobody is better at keeping things going and ensuring everybody’s happy than a Libra. In fact, you’ll often sideline, if not neglect, your own interests in favour of certain rather demanding individuals. Now, however, what and who matters to you take priority, even if putting them first ruffles somebody’s feathers.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Because both of August’s eclipses accent the structure of your life, changes are probably already in the air. Be aware, however, that because this Monday’s is a New Moon, and therefore about a fresh start, there’s no better time than now to embrace the new and unexpected, even if events are somewhat unsettling.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20

With so much going on in the world around you, the last thing you’re in the mood to do is conduct a review. Still, at least give some thought to what works in your life and what doesn’t or, in fact, devours your time, money or heart, and for little in return.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 18

Even at your most easygoing, you still tend to think about your week, your day and even how you’ll organise the hour to come. Yet as you’ll have noticed, during a period as unruly as this, changes, often unexpected, are inevitable. Bizarrely, what’s most surprising could turn out best in the long run.

Aquarius | January 19 – February 17

As much as you enjoy talking things over with those around you, from friends or colleagues to family, be cautious. This isn’t so much because of any risk but, rather, with so much in transition, certain individuals could decide you’re the one who can advise them, and won’t stop asking until you do.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Planning ahead may be a virtue. But between Monday’s eclipsed New Moon and the Sun moving into your opposite sign of Virgo the next day, sudden and, occasionally, dramatic changes could mean rethinking everything. Unsettling as this may be in the short term, these developments are, in reality, long overdue breakthroughs.
