The projects will be completed at a cost of Rs746.218 million, Deputy Commissioner Syed Bilal Haider said. In this regard a meeting was held which was attended by education, Public Health Engineering department and other relevant officers. The meeting was presided over by DC Syed Bilal Haider.
Govt depts seek staggering 250% more for development work
The development schemes approved by the DDC included six projects related to road securities, 12 of Public Health Engineering and 33 schemes in education sector. The road construction projects would cost Rs463.089 million while Rs193.627 million would be spent on 12 schemes of Public Health Engineering.
