Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

Taking time for yourself, and equally, ensuring those you love know how much you care isn’t just important, during times of this nature, it’s essential. Those links with your nearest and dearest, and with close friends, provide the stability you need to ride out these ultimately worthwhile but very tricky situations.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

Some eclipses are so powerful that the feelings or events they trigger are felt on the exact day they occur. But others, and last Monday’s Aquarius eclipsed Full Moon is an example, are more about a shift in perception or, possibly, priorities. Now that it’s been a few days, you understand them better.

Gemini | May 20 – June 20

Change is in the air. With your ruler Mercury accenting the structure of your life, at home and out in the world, you’ll be rethinking everything. Begin exploring your options now, but with so much shifting during this exciting if unsettled month, you’ll make several plans before you decide on just one.

Cancer | June 21 – July 21

Tempting as it is to go over the often sudden and occasionally unsettling events triggered by August’s two eclipses, they won’t always make sense, at least at the time. Give them some thought but save any analysis until later, when you’re able to view them with the clarity of retrospect.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

If ever there was a time to ask questions, even in situations where you’re sure you know what’s what, it’s now. With so much in transition, you’ll be amazed what you learn and discover. The world around you is changing, and in ways far more beneficial than you’d imagine possible.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

You’ve tried not to be too critical of certain individuals. But the fact is, they don’t seem to care about what they’re doing and, in fact, appear unwilling to make an effort in even simple situations. Discuss this with them. Ask what their intentions for the future are. Their responses will reassure you.

Libra | September 22 – October 22

There is no right way to make a decision that’s about sticking with the past, especially when there’s so much in transition. True, some of the changes in the air would mean rethinking longstanding arrangements. As much as you enjoy these, they’ve outlived their time and must be substantially altered, if not go.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Long ago you kept certain facts to yourself, quite rightly thinking they were nobody’s business but yours. However, with the actual situation in question changing, that’s no longer the case. In fact, others have every right to ask about both your views and your plans. Ironically, you’ll feel ready to discuss this frankly.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20

Few things annoy you more than those who’re so stubborn they refuse to admit they’re wrong about minor issues, simply because it would mean tackling more far-reaching dilemmas. However, this particular variety of irritation doesn’t bother them in the least, while you’re grumbling nonstop. The solution? Stop thinking about the issue entirely.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 18

Usually, when something has gone wrong, you’ll examine the situation and discuss the problem with those concerned. However, with August’s two eclipses, last Monday and on the 21st, shaking things up, unexpected events are inevitable. Ironically, what seems least welcome, at first, could turn out to be a breakthrough.

Aquarius | January 19 – February 17

Don’t be surprised if somebody takes offense at your words or actions, most probably the kind of thing that, usually, they wouldn’t even notice. The problem isn’t the actual situation but the generally unsettled mood. While you’ll probably ignore most of those irritants, others will react to them, often strongly.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

After a week of exciting if sometimes unsettling events, you’re reviewing what you’ve done, dealt with and accomplished. Tempting as it is to relax and turn your attention elsewhere, it’s worth remembering that with August’s second eclipse taking place on the 21st, there’ll be yet more changes to deal with.
