Woman electrocuted to death

Amna Bibi was working in her home when she touched a live electric wire

SARGODHA: A woman was electrocuted to death in the limits of Sahiwal police station on Tuesday.



Police said Amna Bibi, a resident of Kot Allah Yar Village, Sahiwal Tehsil, was working in her home when she touched a live electric wire. As a result, she received a severe electric shock and was shifted to the Rural Health Center, Farooqa, in serious condition. However, she could not survive and died at the hospital.
