Three of a family electrocuted

A high tension wire was passing above the building and suddenly the three family members felt an electric shock

LAHORE: A couple and their minor child were electrocuted in the Raiwind City police jurisdiction on Monday.

One of the victims, Abdul Waheed, was the head of his family and was reconstructing a double storey home. In the morning, he was busy watering the building before a labourer arrived and started cementing. A high tension wire was passing two feet above the building and suddenly the three family members felt an electric shock.



Their condition deteriorated and all of them were shifted to a nearby hospital, but could not survive. A police team reached the medical facility and took the bodies to the morgue.
