LCWU Vice Chancellor Dr Uzma Qureshi approved the events in a meeting and asked that these functions continue with traditional fervour. The events will be celebrated from August 7 to August 12. The university would conduct drama, speech and essay competitions, quiz, national songs, naat and qirat competitions, a poster exhibition and panel discussions.
Lahore College for Women University to get a makeover
The VC assigned duties to teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure that celebrations continue to run smoothly. Dr Qureshi highlighted the importance of education to build a strong and stable Pakistan.
