SUKKUR: Unscheduled load-shedding in rural Sindh has been increased to 12 hours. Meanwhile, Sukkur, Shikarpur, Kandhkot, Larkana, Jacobabad and other cities experienced power outages for six to eight hours. The cuts are also leading to water shortages in many areas. Residents complain that despite these long hours of load-shedding, they still have to pay inflated bills.
