Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

Disruptive as sudden changes in elements of your domestic or working life may be, there’s been talk of these for ages. So while you’re not thrilled that certain individuals have so much say, having plans being discussed and decisions made is better than the uncertainty you’ve been living with.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

Somebody’s organised a gift or planned a surprise for you. However, it’s the last thing you want. In fact, you’re puzzled how they could get it so wrong. Tempting as it is to dwell on that, in doing so, you’re missing the point, which is their gesture is intended to show how much they care.

Gemini | May 20 – June 20

Don’t allow what others insist are only minor errors to slip past without further discussion. Judging by your chart, the individual in question will profit handsomely from an arrangement and so, too, should you. The way they’ve organised things, they’ll take it all, and you will get absolutely nothing.

Cancer | June 21 – July 21

In early June the forthright Mars moved into Cancer, triggering a cycle of analysis and, even more, action. While its departure ends this focus on you and your activities, you’ll now be dwelling on what you get for your time and effort. While initially challenging, this will prove profitable in the long run.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

When you were living out each day of the past month or so, you contended with ongoing dilemmas. Only now that you’re looking back, is it clear how much you faced, dealt with and in many cases, let go of. Better yet, this has cleared the way for the coming powerful cycle.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

Judging by the planetary setup, now and over the coming month or so, timing is crucial. While ordinarily you’d get things organised well ahead, the changes triggered by August’s eclipses will make it clear even simple arrangements must be considered tentative, if not a bit of an experiment. The more flexible your plans, the better.

Libra | September 22 – October 22

While most people are able to laugh off unexpected events or even unsettling changes, certain individuals react by getting grumpy if not argumentative. The trick to dealing with this is to let them express their frustration but say nothing in response. This may seem rude but it’s by far the best strategy.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Last minute changes in plans can be annoying. That being the case, you’ve done all you can to keep things as they are. Yet the particular situation you’re dealing with is so complex that you’re bound to have to rethink things, possibly several times. This isn’t just necessary, those changes will be hugely beneficial.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20

Others would interpret the sudden and often unsettling changes you’re facing as setbacks. Allow their negative take on things to influence your thinking and you, too, will begin to wonder what’s gone wrong. But the fact is, while events are unexpected and moving swiftly, they’re exactly the breakthroughs that you need.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 18

Ironing out differences between you and others could take time. While this news won’t be especially cheering, especially because you’d prefer to move on to other matters, the issues in question are far more complex than you realise. Take it slowly and you’ll resolve them once, properly, and for good.

Aquarius | January 19 – February 17

Once you accept the fact that there is no single approach to this unruly but necessary period of change that will work for everybody, you’ll stop struggling to find that universally acceptable concept. Instead, do something out of character and put yourself and your interests first. Everybody else, and their priorities, can wait.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

You’re urged to give some serious thought to the fine line between simply discussing ideas with others, which can be a fascinating pastime, and actually comparing notes with them. The latter can lead to measuring your concepts against theirs and, even worse, trying to determine which are best, something you’d soon regret exploring.
