Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh Sikandar Shoro told a delegation on Wednesday that service would be available soon and the move was part of the first phase to provide the latest technology free of charge to citizens.
"The government is taking measures to revamp the IT sector to bring it up to the modern level," he added.

He said in the next phase, the IT department would extend this facility to other parts of Karachi as well as across Sindh.
Moreover, Rs40.51 million will be allocated for setting up research incubator machines in state-run universities in an effort to facilitate students.
In its nascent stage, a research incubator with the latest machines will be setup in a public sector university in Jamshoro.
