Four Hazara women killed as gunmen attack bus in Quetta
According to eyewitness accounts, four to six gunmen on motorbikes emptied more than two dozen rounds on Dehwar’s car from both sides, killing him and his guard on the spot.
According to the police, around 26 empty shells of 9mm were found from the spot, confirming that the assailants were trained target killers.
Hospital sources said Dehwar received bullet wounds to his head and shoulder, resulting in his instant death.

Family sources told newsmen at the hospital that the BNP leader had no enmity with anyone all his life and was a political activist. His family had political relations with Sardar Ataullah Mengal and Sardar Akhtar Mengal, the BNP chief, his close relatives told the newsmen.
According to the police, Dehwar was driving his Toyota car - bearing registration number AQZ 838 - when he left his residence in Bolan Town for his car showroom on Saryab Road. He was ambushed on his way by armed assailants, killing him instantly, along with his armed guard Zarif Khan, son of Rahim Bakhsh.
BNP leader Agha Hasan Baloch termed it target killing. He recalled that two top BNP leaders - Habib Jalib, secretary general and Mir Noor Din Mengal, central leader - were also gunned down in a similar fashion. They were also victims of target killing.
