Punjab terminations: Junior doctors protest in Quetta

Junior doctors in Balochistan staged a demonstration to protest against sackings.

QUETTA: Junior doctors in Balochistan staged a demonstration on Wednesday to protest against the sackings of their colleagues in Punjab. The protest was organised by members of the Balochistan chapter of the Young Doctors Association at the Bolan Medical Complex. They also called for an increase in their salaries. Addressing the demonstrators, Dr Kamal Khan, Dr Mustafa and others warned that if their demands were not met, doctors in Balochistan would also go on strike.
