Akram Malik | 2 years ago | Reply Perhaps you should have listed her achievements as prime minister of the country not 10 but just one. She appointed judges to the High Court who had not even appear before it. 2nd achievement she appointed her mother is a senior minister 3rd achievement her husband as a senator 4th achievement her father-in-law the chairman of the Senate 5th achievement she nominated herself to be the life president of the party. What a sorry tale.
Haji Atiya | 7 years ago | Reply @kilo: Nah, she had some gift for gab but was as corrupt as they come. However her persona was such that it projected, as you say, "great and forward looking leader.." Largely because this "daughter of the East" was a darling of the West. Yet as things went, she hardly lifted a finger to push the agenda for women's rights and other humanitarian causes.
