Muslims of poland: Polish Mufti visits Islamic University

Mufti of Poland visits the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) on Tuesday.

ISLAMABAD: Tomasz Miskiewicz, the Mufti of Poland, visited the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) on Tuesday and delivered a lecture on ‘History of Islam & Muslims in Eastern and Central Europe’.

Speaking on the occasion, he said Muslims have made great contributions to Poland and are an integral part of Polish socio-political life despite facing subjugation during World War II and under Communism.

Polish ambassador to Pakistan Dr Andrezej Ananicz accompanied the mufti and offered academic cooperation on behalf of his country.
