Custody row: 3-year-old sent with mother
A district and sessions judge hands over a child to his mother after having him recovered from his father’s custody.
Jameela Bibi, a Cantonment resident, had submitted in DSJ Abdul Waheed Khan’s court that her husband, Shahbaz, had beaten her up and kicked her out of the house a few days back.
She said Shahbaz had refused to let her take their three-year-old son, Roshan, with her. On Tuesday, Shahbaz, a Swami Nagar resident, appeared before the court and handed over the child to the mother.
