BIRMINGHAM: Title-holders India will play arch-rivals Pakistan in the final of the Champions Trophy after they thrashed Bangladesh by nine wickets in a semi-final at Edgbaston on Thursday.

Set 265 for victory, India finished on 265 for one with nearly 10 overs to spare. Rohit Sharma was 123 not out, while India captain Virat Kohli was 96 not out their unbroken partnership worth 178.

Earlier, Bangladesh were held to a total of 264 for seven after Kohli won the toss.

4 things Pakistan did right against England

Tamim Iqbal (70) and Mushfiqur Rahim (61) put on 123 for the third wicket but the innings fell away after they both fell to part-time spinner Kedar Jadhav.

Pakistan made the final on Wednesday by stunning England by eight wickets in their semi-final.
