PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra said on Wednesday that the government is focusing on the improvement of education and health sectors in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata) so that tribal youth can come up to the level of developed areas of the country and utilise their talent for the prosperity of the country.

Hw was speaking at a meeting with UNDP Regional Director Haoliang Xu, UN Resident Coordinator Neil Buhne, UNDP Country Director Ignacio Artaza and Fata Additional Chief Secretary Fida Wazir.

The governor said that steps were being taken for the implementation of reforms in Fata to bring the tribal region into the mainstream so that the tribal areas could be developed.
