DC Multan Nadir Chattha informed that the district government would set up three bazaars at Madni Chowk, Mumtazabad and Shamsabad to facilitate the masses for Eid shopping. He further said that there would be separate stalls of shopping materials for men and women. Exclusive stalls of bangles, mehndis and dresses would be installed for women, he added.
Only families would be allowed to enter the Eid bazaars, said DC Multan. However parking and entry would be free of cost and no tickets would be charged, he added.

It was the duty of district government to double the happiness of citizens on the auspicious occasion of Eid, said DC Multan. Special stalls would be set up for children where they would be able to enjoy and have fun, he added.
Separate areas would be allotted for play land and swings for the children, he said. The concerned in-charge of the Eid bazaars would be given rewards for setting up best the Ramazan bazaar, he added. He said that for the first time citizens of Multan would enjoy shopping in air conditioned bazaars.
Chattha had directed the concerned authorities to immediately start preparations for the establishment of Eid Bazaars. He further directed to ensure tight security to avoid any untoward incident.
He directed the concerned authorities to make effective plans for parking to facilitate the citizens.
