MULTAN: A sixty-year-old woman was allegedly killed by her son in Multan for 'honour' late Monday.

Police said Kamran opened fire on his mother, who was sleeping at the time, killing her on the spot. He was on the run until Tuesday morning, when the police arrested him.

The suspect's mother, Razia bibi told The Express Tribune that Kamran had become vary of his widowed mother's 'character' after a relative had sent her a marriage proposal.
