KUALA LUMPUR: The world number one badminton player Lee Chong Wei will retire after the London Olympics, confirmed the Malaysian. “I want to give the young players an opportunity to play and make a name for themselves and the country,” said the 28-year-old. Lee, who beat long-time rival Lin Dan of China in the final to retain his All England title last month, has never won a singles world title or Olympic gold.
