SARGODHA: A man was killed over an old enmity in the precincts of Saddar police station on Monday.

Police said Adil and his accomplices gunned down his rival Sikandar Hayat, a resident of Chak No 85, while he was on his way home on a motorcycle. The police have registered a case and started investigation.

Meanwhile, the police claimed to have arrested 12 drug pushers and seized narcotics and weapons from their possession.

The police said during the ongoing drive against drug pushers, teams of different police stations conducted raids within their jurisdictions and arrested 12 accused.
