Inside Karan Johar's 45th birthday bash

And it was one starry night!

Karan Johar turned 45 on Thursday and as expected, threw an elaborate birthday bash that was attended by the creme de la creme of Bollywood.

All of our favourite stars turned up to wish the celebrated film-maker well. Let's begin with KJO's star students Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Siddharth Malhotra who celebrated along with their mentor. 

Karan's Ae Dil Hai Muskil star Ranbir Kapoor arrived along with his contemporaries Arjun Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur. Ranbir has been sporting a bulkier body and long hair for his role as Sanjay Dutt in the latter's upcoming biopic.

Speaking of Sanjay, the actor was there too, along with his wife Manyata. Even Aamir Khan and wife Kiran Rao and Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan showed up to partake in the festivities.

Also amongst the star couples was KJo's childhood friend Twinkle Khanna and superstar Akshay Kumar. The dynamic duo walked in hand in hand, looking fabulous in blue and white outfits.

There was no shortage of leading ladies as Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma, Malaika Aroro, Raveena Tondon, Neha Dhupia, Sonam Kapoor and Kriti Sanon made their way to the hottest gig in B-Town.
