Six swindlers held, valuables recovered

LAHORE: City Division Investigations Police claimed to have arrested six members of two gangs involved in swindling, attempt to murder and bike-lifting on Friday. The arrested suspects were identified as Naveed, Muhammad Arshad, Faisal Latif, Zubair Aslam, Nasir and Yousuf. SP City Investigations Syed Karar Hussain disclosed this during a press conference at his office on Friday.



He said police had received complaints regarding a gang involved in swindling and using stolen credit cards for shopping. A special investigations team was formed to arrest the suspects. The team conducted several raids and arrested the suspects. Another investigations team arrested two suspected members of Yousuf alias Donda Jhupatha alias Nasir thief’s gang.
