The two party members were issued contempt notices for protesting against the apex court's verdict on the appointment of former National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Deedar Hussain Shah.
More than 60 members of the Sindh Assembly also appeared in the court in support of the PPP leaders.
Speaking to the media, Memon said the PPP had played a key role in the reinstatement of the independent judiciary, and that it could not violate its verdicts.
Haider said the contempt notices had been issued due to misunderstandings created between the judiciary and the executive by certain elements.
