After self-lacing sneakers, another 'Back to the Future' product is now a reality

Marty McFly's famous self-drying jacket from ‘Back to the future II’ will available in the market soon

It was only last year when we saw Michael J Fox's famous "Back to the Future" self-tying sneakers becoming a reality after Nike launched a real life version of the self-lacing shoes on Cyber Monday.

Now we might get another famous product from the 80s flick with the iconic self-drying jacket entering the market.



Produced by Falyon Wearable Tech, the jacket is called the SDJ- 02 and will possess features such as Heating Mode, Cooling Mode, mobile charging, hidden tablet and smartphone pockets. It’s certainly going to be a major technological development in clothing.

Cooling mode

We all have that feeling when we feel too cold without the jacket yet uncomfortably hot with it. This is where SDJ- 02 comes in real handy as it offers the perfect solution to this dilemma. The jacket's air amplifiers draw cool air into the lining of the jacket to give you cool sensation.

Heating mode

With three heating pads built-in, this jacket is going to help you bare even the harshest of winters.

Drying Mode

Using the warmth from the heating mode and the moving air from the cooling mode, the jacket will certainly dry your clothes faster.

All you need to is to press the button at the bottom of jacket and it will dry off in no time.



Additional features such as Mobile charging slot, hidden tablet and smartphone pockets will certainly make this item, a must want.

The company is currently looking for funding for the project on Kickstarter and has already raised $14,500 in less than three days.



The jacket is expected to be priced at $119 with an expected delivery date of October 2017.



If this pace remains, we surely can expect more products from the film to make it into reality.
