Workforce development top priority
ISLAMABAD:
Workforce development should be given highest priority as it is the most significant asset of an organization, said Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) President Zahid Maqbool while exchanging views with a delegation of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (Unido) which called on him on Monday.
The delegation was led by the head of Unido, Hilary Warmoth. Warmoth said that their efforts were being made to buildi indigenous human and institutional capacity to enhance industrialisation in the country in a sustainable way. She said they were holding meetings with various stakeholders to discuss the implementation of their business promotion programmes.
