Senior provincial government officials and representatives of Chinese companies agreed to deepen cooperation in infrastructure, power, industry, information technology, transport, education, urban development, agriculture, livestock and tourism sectors. K-P Chief Minister Pervez Khattak met with representatives of various Chinese companies during which he thanked them for taking keen interest in the development of the province.
Khattak said the K-P government had introduced investment-friendly policies to facilitate business personnel and traders in making investments. A day ago, the provincial government signed 11 MoUs with Chinese firms for completion of various development projects taking place in K-P under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) framework.
