Rangers kill 11 'hardcore' terrorists in Karachi's Manghopir
According to details, officials of Sindh Rangers conducted an intelligence-based operation (IBO) on Nishtar Road, Napier, and took a huge cache of weapons and ammunition into their custody.
They claimed to have recovered four 7mm rifles, two 222 rifles, seven SMGs with 23 magazines, six hand grenades and some 2116 different rounds. Moreover, pistols, revolvers and bore repeaters were also seized.
“The weapons belonged to workers of MQM-London who wanted to disrupt the law and order situation in the city,” a spokesperson of the paramilitary force said in the statement.
The weapons were kept in a hidden space of a shop, the spokesperson added while giving more details.

The statement added that the weapons could be used for target killings and terror-linked activities in Karachi.
Lauding the efforts of law and enforcement agencies (LAEs) in the city, the Rangers spokesperson said that during the ongoing Karachi operation several terrorist gangs had already been busted and reiterated that it would continue until its logical end.
