BSS awards: Lifelong learning only path to achievement

School’s Executive Director congratulated the students on their outstanding achievements

Being lifelong learners was the only way to become a high achiever in life.

This was stated by Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal while addressing a ceremony for high achieving students of the Beaconhouse School System (BSS), Northern Region at the Jinnah Convention Centre.

The schools’ students had secured 38 positions, including six regional and one world distinction in O‘, A’ Level and Matriculation examinations.

Students had secured a total of 16,461 A-grades in O and A Levels and a combined total of 2,765 high achievers in O and A Levels and Matriculation.

The Beaconhouse Access Centre, a dedicated in-house and career advisory and university programme, had achieved 8,874 cumulative placements and Rs6.5 billion in scholarships for students in national and international universities over the past three years.

BSS Executive Director Nassir Kasuri congratulated the students on their outstanding achievements and for making the nation proud.

Beaconhouse Group Chief Executive Kasim Kasuri reiterated his faith in the youth of Pakistan and their potential to achieve greatness and fulfil their dreams.

Iqbal encouraged the students to learn and pursue their dreams and told them to always have faith in themselves and their country.

Several envoys attended the event including Ambassador of Tajikistan Jononove Sher Ali, Ambassador of Argentina Ivan Jorge Ivanissevich, Special Advisor to Prime Minister for Education Ali Raza, IBCC Secretary Ramzan Achakzai and CIE Country Director Uzma Yusuf.
