Carter Wilkerson asked American fast-food chain Wendy’s how many retweets he would need for a year’s supply of free nuggets.
Yo @Wendys how many retweets for a year of free chicken nuggets?

To his surprise, Wendy’s challenged him to get 18 million retweets. “Consider it done” Wilkerson replied.
18 Million

Since then Wilkerson has heated things up on Twitter. Yes #nuggsforcarter is now trending on the micro-blogging website. Although nowhere close to 18 million, he has been retweeted 1.9 million times.

That’s close to the most retweeted tweet, which was Ellen DeGeneres’ famous Oscars selfie with 3.2 million retweets.

Wendy’s were, however, impressed when Wilkerson’s tweet’s retweets reached the 1 million mark.
