Youth advised to develop business on modern lines

Entrepreneur says country’s political and financial stability is improving

FAISALABAD: Interloop Private Limited Chief Executive Officer Musadaq Zulqarnain has stated that young entrepreneurs should fully exploit their potential and boost their economic value to the country.

Inaugurating the Research and Development (R&D) Cell and Young Entrepreneurs Forum at the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) on Thursday, he shared his business model.

Zulqarnain stated though he did not come from a business background, he managed to establish one of the largest socks manufacturing units in the world.



According to him, the country’s youth has the capability to handle business activities on modern lines and they should take advantage of all the unique experiences of people around them and introduce innovative ideas.

Zulqarnain added that political and financial stability of the country coupled with law and order and infrastructure development was gradually improving, but the country still had a long way to go in terms of international buyers and agencies.

He stressed the need for a clear vision and objective to achieve the desired goals. “We must pay our due tax liabilities as it is imperative for sustained businesses.”

Quoting a report, he said 85% of industrial units were dissolved after the third generation and “we must make futuristic planning with prudent succession plans to keep alive the dynamism of our units.”

He appreciated the establishment of the R&D Cell and Young Entrepreneurs Forum, saying it would sensitise the youth to play their dynamic role in the overall development of Pakistan.
