WAH CANTT: A woman, who was allegedly involved in supplying drugs for a long time in Taxila, was finally put behind bars on Friday. Bano Pathani, a notorious local drug don of Taxila and Wah areas had been apprehended during crackdowns against criminal elements, launched as part of a national security sweep codenamed Radd-ul-Fassad. Talking to newsmen, Deputy Superintendent Sajid Gondal said that during the on-going operation against criminals, drug dealer Pathani had been arrested red-handed while selling narcotics in Jameelabad area of Taxila. DSP Gondal said Patahani used to bring drugs from Charsadda and sell them to her customers in Jameelabad, Bajjarpur and Jhugain area. A case has been registered against her.
