Bodla breaks world record for most punches in an hour

Throws 22,061 punches; three times more than set target

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani martial artist Ahmad Amin Bodla broke the record for the most full-contact punches in one hour holding one kg weight in each hand.

Bodla was given a target of reaching 7,000 punches in one hour, however the triple-world-record holder managed to surprise all by registering 22,061 punches much to the amazement of all those present.

Bodla also holds the record for most kicks in an hour, most kicks in three minutes and most side-kicks in a minute.

The Pakpattan-born, however, has no plans to slow down and is aiming to break 20 more records this year.
