Swabi operation: COAS visits fallen captain’s parents

The army chief upon his return from China visited the parents of Shaheed Captain Junaid who embraced martyrdom in the Swabi operation.



In a tweet the Director General ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor said, “Our martyrs are our heroes and their sacrifice shall not go to waste.”

Captain Junaid was killed along with another soldier in an exchange of fire with militants during an operation in the Malikabad area of Swabi.
