Attention! Reese Witherspoon is taking ideas for Legally Blonde 3

And we cannot wait to see her as Elle Woods again!

Attention, all Elle Woods fans! It’s time for you to bend and snap back into reality.

Last August, Hollywood beauty Reese Witherspoon – who played everyone’s favourite blonde Elle in the Legally Blonde films – stated that she and the film-makers were "thinking about" making Legally Blonde 3.

Now, it's been several months since but Reese seems to have made her decision: She's definitely down for a third instalment of the franchise, reported Elle magazine.

"Yeah, yeah, I would [do it]!" she told celebrity talk show host James Corden recently. "I think it would be kind of cool to see Elle 15 years later and like, what's she doing now? What do you think? I don't know. But I need a good idea."



Then, when fellow guest Tony Goldwyn suggested that Elle could have a Kellyanne Conway-type of role, Reese dismissed it quickly, saying, "People like Elle Woods so…"

But otherwise, Reese is open: Elle could be the first female president. "She could, yeah, yeah, or she could be a Supreme Court justice or she could be like a really great powerful attorney," the actress mused. "Or she could be in prison. She could be anything! I don't know."

There's no official confirmation of a film yet, but Reese told James in the meantime, she'd reprise the role on his show in a Crosswalk Musical.
