The Pakistan Air Force carried out airstrikes in Khyber Agency’s Rajgal Valley late Thursday night, killing a number of militants and destroying many terrorist sanctuaries.
The security forces conducted the operation after they received a tip-off on the presence of outlawed Lashker-e-Islam commander Mangal Bagh, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.

Pakistan Air Force (PAF) jets also joined an anti-terrorist operation near Pak-Afghan border early last month, leaving several militants dead, said the media-wing.
According to the ISPR, a number of militant’ hideouts were also destroyed during the air pounding.
