Fun time: Youth festival begins today

Buckle up for some fun. The five-day Riphah International University Youth Festival begins today (Monday). The event will begin at 9am in the morning with an inaugural session followed by qirat.

Activities at the Al-Mizan Campus in Rawalpindi will cater to women and include dry flower arrangement and badminton competitions. Poster, essay and speech competitions will be organised in the afternoon.

The activities at the main campus in Islamabad are for men and include dart, chess and wall climbing competitions. Other planned activities include a three-leg race, sack race, spoon walk and musical chairs. Gamers will be able to try their hands at MOHA and Counter Strike.  The festival will continue on both campuses until Friday.
