Ali Fazal bags major role in Hollywood film

And we are impressed!

Bollywood actors Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra have been working in Hollywood for quite some time now and have established their own identities overseas.

While many choose to talk about it and publicise it, Bollywood actor Ali Fazal lets his work do all the talking.

The Bobby Jasoos actor is all set to star in a Hollywood movie, Victoria and Abdul alongside Judi Dench.



The biographical drama revolves around the colonial era, in which Fazal plays the role of Abdul, who was a close confidante of Queen Victoria.

Ali Fazal's look as Abdul in the movie is finally revealed and we are super impressed.

The British-American film is directed by Stephen Frears and written by Lee Hall. The movie will also feature a few shots from India.

The movie explores the unlikely friendship between Queen Victoria and a young Indian clerk named Abdul Karim. The film stars Judi Dench, Ali Fazal, Eddie Izzard, Tim Pigott-Smith, and Adeel Akhtar.

However, this is not the first time Fazal has starred in an international movie. Ali was also seen alongside Paul Walker and Vin Diesel in Fast and Furious 7.  

Victoria and Abdul is slated to release on September 22, 2017.
