Electricity theft: Power loom owners stage protest

Power loom owners and workers stage a protest rally in front of the Faisalabad Electricity Supply Company.

FAISALABAD: Power loom owners and workers staged a protest rally in front of the Faisalabad Electricity Supply Company (FESCO) SDO office and demanded immediate transfer of SDO Shahzad Sindhu for registering cases of electricity theft.

Participants of the rally criticised the SDO for adopting a malicious attitude towards power loom owners and workers.

Electricity theft has resulted in shut down of many factories.
