Fighting back: 18 terror suspects arrested

At least 18 suspects, including a facilitator of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, were arrested in joint operations

LAHORE: At least 18 suspects, including a facilitator of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, were arrested in joint operations by Rangers, police and intelligence agencies throughout Punjab on Thursday. The raids were conducted in DG Khan, Rajanpur, Lahore, Narowal, Islamabad and Attock. A TTP facilitator and 17 suspects were apprehended while ammunition, weapons, drugs and police uniforms were seized. The raids are a part of Operation Raddul Fassad launched after a fresh wave of terrorism hit different parts of the country last month.
