The goals for Pakistan were scored by the captain Muhammad Imran and Muhammad Zubair.
Lee Nam Yong and Nam Hyun Woo scored two goals each for the South Korean side.
South Korea will be playing the final with India, who beat Egypt 7-1 to secure their place.
