Balochistan forms new security plan

The Balochistan government has formulated a new security plan for the provincial capital

QUETTA: The Balochistan government has formulated a new security plan for the provincial capital in view of the recent security threats.

According to sources, the new security plan would make profiling of houses compulsory so that facilitators of banned outfits could be traced. The registration of tenants has also been made compulsory.

Another 14 Baloch militants renounce violence

The plan has been formulated by the Police, FC and security agencies. During the first phase, the registration of tenants  has been emphasised in light of the Balochistan Assembly statute. Moreover, it is compulsory for police stations to register seminaries, schools and government buildings in their jurisdiction.
