Acting competition: PNCA to host youth drama festival

Youngsters from different colleges, universities and drama clubs from the twin cities to showcase their acting talents

The repertory theatre of Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) is organising a drama festival for the youth next month.

The PNCA Youth Drama Festival 2017, will see youngsters from different colleges, universities and drama clubs from the twin cities showcase their acting talents at the PNCA Auditorium from March 9.

Apart from competing for place to present their talents on the national stage, they will also vie for cash prizes, distributed amongst the top three performers in the best actor, supporting actor, best playwright, direction, stage management, technical management and costume.

The best production will be awarded a prize of Rs100,000 in cash.
